PIN required for Libby beginning December 1, 2025

Beginning December 1st, all patrons signing up for Libby will need to provide their PIN with their library card number.

For existing Libby users, you will be asked to reverify your library card number and provide your PIN after December 1st. As a reminder, your default PIN is the last four digits of your library card number. If you set a custom PIN and do not remember your PIN, please reach out to the Library. 

Once your card number is reverified with your PIN, Libby will only request you to verify it occasionally (usually when your account is renewed, every 1-3 years).

This step will increase your account security in Libby.
